Apartment Zones

The Dunas Douradas Beach Club is divided into seven zones. The entire Beach Club is equally beautifully crafted, and the sea is just metres away from every apartment and villa here. However, with 142 properties spread out over quite a large resort, what better way to find your home while you are here than to remember the zone? Each zone has been given a name according to surrounding features of the club. Each zone has a unique feel and special attributes. We have something for everyone, from the more quiet areas to the hum of bar and fine dining outside your door. The spot you pick will surely be the spot you feel happy to call home for as long as you wish to stay with us.

Dunas

Dunas meaning "Dunes" comprising 22 apartments in the second row. These apartments enjoy excellent sea views to the side of the "Praia" blocks in front and panoramic sea views from the first floor. They are both close to the beach and the central facilities.

Jardim

Jardim meaning "Garden" comprising 30 apartments in 5 blocks in the centre of the resort. Wonderful garden views from the ground floor and sea views from the first floor. A really nice, quiet location for a relaxing holiday, but only a stone's throw from the beach and the central facilities.

Lagoa

Lagoa meaning "Lake" comprising 22 apartments next to the clubhouse. These apartments enjoy excellent views over the clubhouse grounds and swimming pools in the foreground with panoramic views over the lake to the sea.

Pinheiros

Pinheiros has its name from the beautiful pine forest surrounding the apartment blocks. Nestled in a quiet corner of the resort, but not more than two minutes walk from the clubhouse, these apartments are an optimal choice for most families. All blocks are south-west facing with lots of sunshine.

Praia

Praia meaning "Beach" comprising 25 apartments in the front line nearest to the sand dunes and the beach. These apartments enjoy the best views of the sea, being totally uninterrupted by any other construction in front.

Vista

Vista meaning "View". Three blocks, comprising 21 apartments in the far western part of the resort, furthest from the facilities meaning they are in the quietest part. As any part of the resort, though, the main club house with its pools, restaurants and bars, and spa facilities is only a 2-3 minute walk from your doorstep As the name suggests, the elevated position of the apartments in this zone means stunning views over the sand dunes and the deep blue sea beyond.
